A New Look!!!

If you have been visiting Teaching Self-Government for a while you will notice we have a new look and new features to our site! We are so excited to be off and running with a more user friendly, and nice looking site.

Right now I don't have all the technological stuff completely figured out, but am figuring as fast as I can. There will undoubtedly be a few problems along the way, but when we are all done getting this new site up and running it will have many more resources for all of bloggers who are looking for extra parenting help. We will have more video, more mentoring, and chat groups to help us all as we do the hardest thing we will ever do; be a parent.

I hope you enjoy the new look. If you find any annoying problems or think something should be brought to my attention, please tell me. I want to make this place as nice as possible for those who come here for support.

I understand Deannagh, when you find something good and worthwhile you want to be perfect at it and have all the knowledge of it immediately. But! enjoy the process of learning it, enjoy the journey.

Thank you so much for your kind comments. I am so pleased with the look and capability of the new site too. Now I just need to learn how to do all the fun new things I can do. Always learning...........This brings me to my thought. Deannagh, you said that you were learning slower than you wanted to............That is how it always is................You were given a stewardship as a mother, not because you knew everything already, but because you were the right person for the job..........All of us learn as we go. Don't feel like you are behind. You are learning and doing, and that is right where you need to be............I know it is hard to adapt new ways to your brain, but it will come. The more you use the new skills and see them working, the more your brain will remember to handle things differently..................Keep up the great work at your stewardship, and I will keep going at mine too. Wow! I came by for a routine visit and was pleasantly surprised by the new layout. It looks really nice. I definitely think it takes your web presence up several notches. :)

I'm a regular visitor. I found your book through a TJED website and it has honestly changed my life and my family rather drastically. Thank you for putting this out there. BTW, I love the new look.

Looks great! Also just wanted to say that I've shared your site/book/teachings with many frustrated moms! Still learning myself - slower than I want to, but I'm hanging in there. :)
